الاثنين الماضي 15/08/2022 سافرت من محل إقامتي إلى العاصمة بالحافلة التي استغرقت أكثر من أربع ساعات لتعبئة وثيقة الضمان الاجتماعي لدى الطبيب المعالج ، وانتظرت ساعات طويلة كالمعتاد ثم حصلت على ختم الطبيب بعد ملئه ببعض المعلومات القصيرة. إثبات طبي على إعاقتي نتيجة أول عملية جراحية في أبريل 2017 ولم أستطع الحصول عليها ، لماذا؟ لا أعرف الإجابة الدقيقة بأنهم لا يقدمون أدلة في معهد الأورام هذا. حاولت ملء بعض الأوراق الخاصة بالتعاون الوطني ، لكنني لم أستطع أيضًا. قدمت اليوم وثيقة الضمان الاجتماعي الخاصة بي وأعطوني موعدًا مع طبيبهم للكشف عن الأمر ليوم الاثنين المقبل

Last Monday 15/08/2022 I traveled from my place of residence to the capital by bus, which took more than four hours, to fill out the social security document at the treating doctor.

 I waited for long hours as usual and then got the doctor's stamp after filling it with some short information.

 Medical proof of my disability as a result of the first surgery in April 2017, but I was not able to obtain it, why? 

 I do not know the exact answer that they do not give evidence in this oncology institute.

 I tried to fill out some papers for national cooperation, but I couldn't either.

 Today I submitted my social security document and they gave me an appointment with their doctor to reveal the matter for next MondayLast Monday 08/15/2022.
